SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

While we do carry a small number of our jewellery pieces in stock, our handcrafted jewellery is primarily made to order. As such, the timeframe is dependant on volume of orders received. Typically you can expect your order to be made and shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks from placing your order.

Should you require your order by a specific date (i.e. for a special occasion) please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate this for you. 

SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders are gift wrapped and sent via courier. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been made and is on it’s way. At this time a tracking number will be supplied.

URGENT ORDERS

Be sure to let us know as soon as possible if your jewellery is needed urgently. We will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At this stage, we deliver to New Zealand addresses only. However if you are based overseas and would like to purchase from us, please get in touch and we can look into shipping for you. The shipping price and timeframe will depend on where you are located and we can look at this on a case-by-case basis.
